Chief Revenue Officer, Founder

Lorri Schoeni founded FieldStar Group, an information technology firm based in Parrish, Florida that supports companies in improving cybersecurity strategies by offering best-of-breed products, advisory services, and training.

Her successful IT expertise spans marketing, public relations, sales, and sales enablement for the following solutions:  Business Intelligence, Middleware, Human Capital Management, and Cybersecurity.  

Ms. Schoeni has advised: American Express, Citibank, several government entities including the eCommerce Division of Washington D.C. Government, and many others. Her career encompasses private and public sector sales along with considerable  marketing experience. She also held Top Secret clearance. 

She attended Northern Virginia Community College and Sam Houston State University focusing on economics and accounting.  

Her shared responsibilities at FieldStar Group include finance, sales, marketing, and operations. 

Chief Technology Officer

Mike Gable is a Cybersecurity expert, author, and award-winning presenter who successfully built and ran teams delivering Enterprise Sales, Pro Services, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Inside Sales, and Tech Support.

He has held leadership positions with industry giants Ivanti and Trend Micro — as well as growth-oriented vendors like Bitdefender, AppSense and CloudPassage. In 2016 Mike founded SE Methods, which joined forces with FieldStar Group in 2021.

As a storyteller, Mike subscribes to training strategy/. put forth by Albert Einstein and Richard Feynman. They believed that to truly understand a complex subject, you must be able to explain it to a sixth-grader. Mike is known for his ability to explain complex subjects in simple terms.

He was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and spent his formative years in Latin America. Mike is fluent in Spanish and can get by in Portuguese (Portuñol) when necessary.
